Trisakti School of Insurance Management (STMA Trisakti) Reaffirms Its Commitment as a Leading Educational Institution in Insurance and Risk Management
Trisakti School of Insurance Management (STMA Trisakti) has once again reaffirmed its commitment as a premier educational institution in the fields of insurance and risk management by hosting its prestigious annual event, the 20th Executive Human Capital Gathering, as part of the celebration of STMA Trisakti’s 41st Anniversary (Dies Natalis).
Held at the Auditorium of STMA Trisakti’s Campus C in Jakarta, the event was attended by over 200 participants, including professionals from the financial services industry, academics, regulators, and STMA Trisakti alumni. The gathering carried the theme: “Human Capital Competency Challenges and the Implementation of OJK Regulation No. 34/2024.”
In his opening remarks, Antonius Anton Lie, Chairman of STMA Trisakti, highlighted the importance of synergy among educational institutions, industry players, and regulators in building a sustainable human capital development ecosystem.
Serving as the keynote speaker, Yusman, Acting Head of the Regulation and Development Department for Licensing and Supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), delivered a comprehensive presentation on the policy direction for human capital development in line with the implementation of OJK Regulation No. 34 of 2024. He emphasized the need to enhance the quality of human resources in the financial sector through nationally standardized certification and industry-oriented training programs.
As the concluding segment of the 20th Executive Human Capital Gathering, a panel seminar was conducted, moderated by Bayu Widhisiadji, Head of the LPMA STMA Trisakti. The panel featured three prominent speakers from leading financial industry associations:
Rio Darante, Chair of the Education Commission of the Indonesian Insurance Council (DAI), who discussed strategies to improve workforce competency literacy in the insurance sector.
Budi Herawan, Chairman of the General Insurance Association of Indonesia (AAUI), who addressed the challenges and opportunities in preparing high-quality human capital in the general insurance sector.
Handojo G. Kusuma, Head of Human Capital Development and Training at the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI), who presented training and talent development programs designed to meet the needs of the life insurance industry and financial digitalization.
